  • Domestic Violence - All charges were dismissed and sealed on behalf of our client, an investment banker, who was charged in two separate cases alleging domestic violence, aggravated harassment and violation of a restraining order during a hotly contested divorce, where through a multi-front investigation we were able to prove that both the injuries initially alleged were self-inflicted and that the later email communications that were allegedly sent by our client to the complainant in violation of a court order, were actually sent to the complainant by herself by hacking into our client's email accounts through an IP address at her place of employment. (DR)
